BALKH, Afghanistan, July 13 (Xinhua) -- After a five-month shutdown due to the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, the Blue Mosque in Mazar-i-Sharif, capital of Balkh province, northern Afghanistan has reopened to the public recently.
